Starters


Roast butternut squash soup, rocket oil, cheese dumpling

Scottish smoked salmon, prawn salad, langoustine oil

Foie gras & chicken liver parfait, sun blushed tomato chutney & toasted onion bread

Slow roast plum tomato, aged balsamic,

rocket & mozzarella salad

Marinated Mediterranean vegetables, kalamata olives & ricotta tian with a basil oil

 

Main Course


Seared fillet of Turkey, bacon & chestnut risotto, chipolata, buttered spinach & jus

Roast fillet of seabass, roast baby aubergines,
fine ratatouille, lime & coriander dressing

Warm poached salmon, stir fried vegetables &

bean sprouts, Thai orange dressing

Grilled prime rib eye steak, garni & pepper sauce

Lasagne of courgette, aubergine, roast peppers,
mozzarella & basil, rocket & Parmesan salad

Puddings


Christmas pudding, brandy anglaise & vanilla ice cream

Trio of crème brûlées:

Vanilla / Chocolate / Raspberry

Baked rice pudding, Armagnac prunes & clotted cream

Selection of Scottish cheeses, water biscuits & tomato chutney
